When can I expect to be paid?
Affiliate payouts occur the second week of every month for the previous month, and are issued via PayPal. Make sure you have your PayPal email connected to your account, which you can do by navigating to the Aff Links + Payout Settings section
What is the commission percentage?
Through our affiliate program, you will receive a 15% commission on all site sales that are generated from your affiliate link.
Do these commissions ever change?
Commission rates have changed in the past, but will not change for the Spring & Fall 2023 launches.
How are my commissions tracked?
Commissions are tracked automatically via Woo Commerce on your specific affiliate link. We have a last cookie system in which the point of entry most recently used before the cart conversion takes place is where that commission will be credited. You can view your commissions in the Woo Commerce dashboard at any point.
Can I use my affiliate coupon code to make a purchase for myself?
You are more than welcome to use your affiliate discount code for personal purchases, but please note that you will not receive affiliate commission on personal purchases.
