The Pricing & Services Guide is not really intended to be integrated with your CRM. Rather, it's designed to be used in pre-proposal / pre-onboarding communications with your potential client/customer to ensure they have an excellent experience with you from the very first interactions!

You could customize the Pricing & Services Guide, upload it into Showit, and generate a link to the PDF if you wanted to have a link to share instead of an attachment. Depending on your process within your CRM, you could include the link to your Pricing & Services Guide in your canned email response/s depending on how your workflows are set up. Nope, including the Pricing & Services Guide as an attachment in your emails will not affect load time or deliverability. Within Canva, upon downloading your Pricing & Services Guide, we recommend selecting "PDF Standard" instead of "PDF Print" for a more compressed file intended to be sent digitally.

Whenever possible, we either use free / Google fonts or pre-license custom fonts so you don’t have to. But there are some cases where an additional license is required and that is noted in the installation instructions for each template. Amaretto Sour, Boulevardier, French 75, Margarita, Paper Plane, and Vesper do include custom font/s that require additional licensing for use within our templates. If you want to use any of the pre-licensed design fonts outside of our Canva Templates, additional licensing is required. .

As for the photos, some of our templates featured free stock images that you can keep and use annnd others feature images from photographers or Social Squares (a paid stock photo subscription). That being said, it varies depending on the design, and the usage restrictions will be noted accordingly in the installation instructions for each template. Fitzgerald, Clover Club, Sidecar, and Vesper include images that must be replaced.

All copy included in the Canva templates is placeholder content and can be used and / or adapted to fit your brand voice as you see fit.
