I know troubleshooting every last detail of someone else's site is not technically "your job" in the way a template purchase is supposed to work, but you have treated it that way anyway, and it has made all the difference.

I have spent hours upon hours trying to solve things myself before coming to you, and every single time, you have met that effort with your own, rather than a canned response. Building something like Valdoré from the ground up has been all-consuming, and having a partner on the technical side who actually cares whether it works, not just whether the ticket is closed and has treated me with incredible respect, has meant more than you know.
